How do I book?

You can call or email our reservations team to make a booking. The details are:

When can the voucher be used? 

Please refer to the individual voucher for specific booking terms and validity.  Your experience must be pre-booked via our reservation team. Where not stated overnight stays are available Sunday - Friday; excluding Saturday; subject to availability at the time of booking. 

Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Unfortunately once you have made your booking this cannot be cancelled. We can however amend your reservation up to 48hrs prior to arrival

Can I extend my voucher?

Depending on the type of voucher purchased we maybe able to extend your voucher for 3 months for a fee of £20. This can only be arranged prior to the expiry date.

My voucher has expired. Can I still extend it?

Unfortunately we do not allow an extension on expired vouchers.

Can I get a refund of my voucher?

Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to New Forest Collection within seven days of receipt and we will provide a full refund. After those 7 days, refunds will not be provided.

To request a refund, please call 0800 44 44 41 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to New Forest Collection, The Lodge, Pikes Hill, Lyndhurst, SO43 7AS

The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

How long does it take to deliver a Voucher?

If you choose to have your gift voucher delivered we can offer the following method of postage:

Royal Mail UK 1st Class Standard - Standard 2 to 3 days.

Your voucher should be received within a few minutes of purchase to the email address given on purchase. Sometimes, depending on email provider, these may be sent to your junk folder and may take a little longer to receive
