Bookings must be made in advance. Proof of voucher must be shown to the reception staff on arrival; otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be surrendered to us before the use by date. No change can be given for any service which is under the value of this voucher. Monetary vouchers are redeemable against any food, beverage or service provided at the hotel. Monetary vouchers can not be used towards weddings or events.
