Bookings must be made in advance. Vouchers must be handed in to reception staff on arrival; otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Photocopies will not be accepted. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be surrendered to us before the use by date. No change can be given for any service which is under the value of this voucher.
