Summer Frozen Fever at Bartley Lodge Sunday 5th July 2026

This voucher is valid on the day of the event. Bookings must be made in advance. Please ensure you are checked in at reception upon arrival or you will sadly not be allowed to partake in the event. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be surrendered to us before the use by date. If you or your child has any allergy or dietary requirements, please email us at events@newforesthotels.co.uk by 10 days prior. Please bring your tickets on the day either printed or visible on your phone. All guests attending must have a valid ticket, Under 1’s go free (no activity/food included) with an accompanying child. A maximum of 2 adults to any 1 child booked.  The princess’ will be staying in character the whole event and therefore don’t always see accidents before they happen. Children must be accompanied but a ticket bearing adult, maximum 4 children per adult.  On arrival please let us know if you do not wish to have your child’s photo taken or shared on our social media.
