Bookings must be made in advance. Proof of voucher must be shown to the reception staff on arrival; otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be surrendered to us before the use by date. No change can be given for any service which is under the value of this voucher. Excludes Burley Manor Cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Must be made 48 hrs in advance. Bookings must be made direct by either contacting the reservations team/hotel or through our website.
